As a prestigious world-class facility with sustainability rooted in every aspect, it’s extremely rewarding that the client and developer opted for Petrarch.

Thanks to its principle make-up of over 70% crushed marble and stone, its eco-conscious disposition made it a favourable choice.

Woodcote Grove has been designed to meet the highest sustainability targets, including BREEAM Excellence and an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate.

– 08,000 sq ft Surrey office for engineering project management consultancy, Atkins

– Low carbon and BREEAM “Excellent”

– Petrarch panels manufactured from over 70% crushes marble In the words of the developer:

‘This one-off project needed to be delivered in multiple phases and the site’s origins treated with sensitivity. As well as office buildings from the 1960s and ‘70s, we were also working around an historic manor house. Despite the complex obstacles, we collaborated closely with Atkins and their team to make the headquarters they’d envisioned a reality.’
