Radisson Blu

For the development of this exclusive hotel, Binst Architects turned to a cladding material which would reinforce its sense of prestige; Petrarch architectural panels.

New Bruges Phase III is set in the unique location of Bruges’ train station, within walking distance of the historic centre. The project is part of a larger scheme, consisting of two new buildings and a green inner courtyard which connects seamlessly with the two previously completed phases.

The building includes offices on the railroad side with a company restaurant intended for Proximus. On the east side, the four star hotel  ‘Radisson Blu’ is located with 106 guest rooms, 3 luxury suites on the 11th floor and several conference rooms on the 12th floor, downstairs there is a brasserie. At top of the office building and the hotel are ‘The Penthouses’. These 17 luxury apartments with hotel service are equipped with two or three bedrooms, large living areas, spacious covered terraces and panoramic windows offering a fantastic view of historical Bruges.
