Designed to perform

Created by Napper architects in collaboration with Willmott Dixon contractors,  the design of Feethams ticks all important environmental standards, with a BREEAM target rating of ‘Excellent’. This is aligned with the council’s drive to reduce carbon emissions. ‘Procured through the Scape Major Works framework, the project sits within a strategic business location, and is set within a new landscaped piazza providing a high quality public realm within the town centre.’

Creating the perfect image

In today’s image conscious world aesthetic appeal is everything. Our beautifully textured reconstituted stone cladding panels in ‘smooth light stone’ finish have created exactly the right impact. The vision of the architect has also been captured perfectly with striking columns of Petrarch working in contrast with deep charcoal tones.
